Lamer Productions now offer a free clock for your website, which gets the time from the Lamer Productions server:

To add this to your site, showing UK time, simply add the following HTML code:

It's that simple, and if you require the clock to display the time in a different timezone, just change the tz=0 part to a value representing the time difference (from British time) in hours. For example to display GMT + 6 hours you would use tz=6 or for GMT - 2 hours you would use tz=-2. Please note that while the United Kingdom is in the BST (British Summer Time) period, the value of tz must represent the time difference from BST, rather than GMT.
